Refund Policy – Wap Trade

At Wap Trade, we aim to provide the best WhatsApp API services to support your business communication. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.


1. No Refund After Activation

Once your WhatsApp API service is activated and the setup is complete, no refunds will be issued. This includes monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions.


2. Refunds Before Activation

If you cancel your order before the WhatsApp API account is activated or configured, you may request a refund. Refund approval is subject to review and must be requested within 3 days of payment.


3. Service Issues

If there are technical issues or service failures from our side that prevent usage of the service for more than 7 consecutive days, we may offer:

  • Partial refund, or
  • Service extension, at our discretion.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

In case of approved refunds, any payment gateway charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

All refund decisions are made by Wap Trade and are considered final. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above terms.
